To cancel or edit an order, please contact the vendor as soon as possible through My Account > Orders > Contact Vendor. Note that changes may only be possible if the order hasn’t been shipped.
Orders may be canceled if there are issues such as payment problems, stock availability, or policy violations.
You will receive a notification with details, or you can contact the vendor for clarification.
Some vendors may ship items separately. Please check your order status under My Account > Orders or contact the vendor for tracking details on the remaining items.
If you experience any problems, contact the vendor directly through your order page. You can also open a support ticket through Ushoptopia’s online ticketed support system if further assistance is needed.
Return labels are provided by the vendor according to their return policy. Please contact the vendor through My Account > Orders > Contact Vendor to request a return label and instructions.
To reset your password on Ushoptopia, go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password.” Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. Follow the link provided to securely reset your password.
Log in to your Ushoptopia account and navigate to My Account > Account Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and save the changes. We recommend using a strong and unique password for your account security.
To cancel your Ushoptopia account, please contact our support team at info@ushoptopia.com or use the online ticketed support system available in your vendor dashboard. Include your store name and account details in the request. Our team will guide you through the account closure process in line with our platform’s terms and conditions.
Refunds are processed by the individual vendor according to their return policy. Please contact the vendor directly through your Ushoptopia account > Orders > Contact Vendor to check the status of your refund. Once approved, processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
To return an item, review the vendor’s return policy on the product page or in your order details. Contact the vendor directly through Ushoptopia > Orders > Contact Vendor to initiate the return process and follow their provided instructions.
Each vendor on Ushoptopia sets their own return policy. If no specific policy is provided, Ushoptopia’s standard return policy applies. Please review the return details on the product page before purchasing, or contact the vendor for clarification.
Free shipping offers are set by individual vendors. Check the product page or cart summary at checkout to see if free shipping applies to your order.
You can update your delivery address before an order is confirmed by going to My Account > Orders and editing the delivery details. If the order has already been placed, please contact the vendor directly using the details provided on your order confirmation.
Each vendor is responsible for shipping their products. Please check the tracking details provided in your order confirmation email or contact the vendor directly through your Ushoptopia account > Orders > Contact Vendor for an update.
Delivery coverage is determined by each vendor. You can check if your postcode is eligible by reviewing the shipping details on the product page or contacting the vendor before placing your order.
Once your account is approved and your storefront is set up on Ushoptopia, you can begin receiving orders from customers worldwide. After fulfilling orders, you can request withdrawals through your vendor dashboard. Please note that all fund withdrawals are subject to a standard 7% withdrawal fee. Payout timelines may vary based on the payment method selected and will follow the platform’s withdrawal processing schedule. We recommend regularly checking your vendor dashboard for updated earnings and withdrawal status.

As a vendor, you can securely process customer payments through the platform, which supports multiple currencies and various payment methods. For your subscription fees, flexible plans are available, including monthly, three-month, six-month, twelve-month, and twenty-four-month options, with discounts for longer-term commitments. Please ensure all subscription and transaction fees are paid on time to maintain active status on the platform.
Notifications are sent to keep you updated on account activity, order status, special promotions, and important platform updates. You can manage your notification preferences in your Account Settings.

The Seller Feedback Rating reflects customer reviews and ratings based on product quality, delivery performance, and customer service. You can view a seller’s rating on their store profile to help make informed purchase decisions.
