Cancel an order

How to Cancel an Order:

1. Log in to your account at ushoptopia.com/my-account.
2. Navigate to Orders and select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Order and follow the prompts.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

Important Notes:

• Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed for shipping or store pickup.
• If your order is already in transit, please refer to our Return Policies section or contact customer support.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days.
