Subscription plans are available for durations of three (3), six (6), twelve (12), and twenty-four (24) months, with discounts applied for longer commitments:
- 15% discount on all 6- to 12-month plans.
- 20% discount on 24-month plans.
All plans are subject to the standard Terms and Conditions published by uShoptopia and are designed to fit businesses of varying sizes and stages.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with all platform rules, vendor guidelines, advertising standards, and applicable legal and intellectual property protections.
- Subscription fees must be paid promptly on or before the due date each month or as per the selected plan.
- Plans automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s cancellation policy.
- uShoptopia reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with thirty (30) days’ notice to subscribers.
- Fund withdrawals by vendors are subject to a standard withdrawal fee of 7%.
- Non-payment or breach of platform terms may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
Subscribers are encouraged to ensure timely payments to maintain active status and uninterrupted services.

Each vendor is responsible for leveraging the tools and opportunities provided through their subscription to drive their individual success.
uShoptopia shall not be liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or missed business opportunities, arising from platform usage or subscription services.
By subscribing to and utilizing services from uShoptopia, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless uShoptopia, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Subscription Terms or any other platform policy.
- Your infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Any unauthorized or unlawful use of the services by you or anyone using your account.
