What is the Refund Policy?

uShoptopia provides a secure platform environment but does not directly process or manage refunds on behalf of vendors.

If you experience an issue, we encourage you to contact the vendor through your dashboard messaging system for swift resolution.

Reasons for Returned Items

Refunds or returns may be accepted under the following general circumstances, depending on vendor policies:

  • Product received was damaged or defective.
  • Wrong item shipped by the vendor.
  • Item significantly not as described by the vendor.
  • Item did not arrive (shipping issues confirmed).

Please note that change-of-mind returns are subject to each vendor’s discretion and terms.

Each vendor sets their return conditions, and customers should review them carefully before completing a purchase.

How long does it take for refund?

Once the vendor receives the returned item and confirms its condition, the refund process typically begins.

Processing times may vary based on the vendor’s internal policies but generally take between 5–10 business days after confirmation.

If a vendor approves a refund, they will initiate the payment directly to your original payment method or as otherwise indicated in their store policy.

How will you get your money back?

Refunds are usually processed through the same method used for the original payment (credit card, debit card, online payment services, etc.).
If this method is unavailable, the vendor may offer an alternative refund method, subject to mutual agreement with the customer.
Please keep in mind:

  • Some banks or payment services may take additional time to reflect the refund after the vendor issues it.
