  Vendors are free to choose their preferred shipping couriers or logistics providers for local and international deliveries. Ushoptopia does not interfere with or take responsibility for the selection, negotiation, or management of vendor shipping arrangements.

• Shipping Fees

If Ushoptopia becomes aware of repeated shipping-related complaints about a vendor, the platform reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate the vendor’s account as per the Vendor Terms & Conditions.

Ushoptopia acts solely as a platform provider and is not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments,

• Delivery delays, or

• Errors or failures by couriers or shipping services.

Responsibility remains solely with the vendor and the shipping provider they select.
